Knurling is a manufacturning process , typically conducted on a lathe , whereby a pattern of straight, angled or crossed lines is rolled into the material, such as straight kunrled turned parts, diagonal knurled turned parts diamond kunrled turned parts. They are not only good looking in surface, but also have functional feature.

Knurl metal parts are mostly machined by 3 axis or 4 axis lathing machine. These parts with knurling, which is a thread rolling process that produces a raised diameter on a part, allowing for a better grip compared to a smooth metal finished part. We not only do the knurling on metal material, also can make the plastic look like the knurling shape.
