What is CNC Milling?
CNC Milling is an automated process used to manufacture 2D and 3D parts by removing material from raw stock. To make a CNC milled part, a block or sheet is placed on a table below a spindle which holds a cutting tool. A computer controls the tool used, the rotation speed and the vertical motion of the spindle, and the horizontal motion of the table. This allows loaded cutters such as drills, taps and end mills to remove portions of the material to create shapes
Expedited CNC milling service is dedicated to creating complex geometries and features on plastic and metal parts for prototypes and low-volume manufacturing. We have more than twenty multi-axis CNC machining centers , as well as automatic and manual mills. Our CNC milling services are designed to complement our many other fabrication and finishing capabilities, to provide you with a complete and rapid turn-key solution for your next project.

CNC Milling
CNC Milling has transformed the process of producing complex machined parts. We have a variety of CNC milling machines in our machine shop, and utilize modern CAM technology during our CNC machining process. Have a complex part that needs machining? We can handle it!
CNC Lathe (Turning)
Capabilities: 1/2 inch diameter to 6 inch diameter.
CNC lathe rotates a workpiece on a spindle as it cuts away material. Used for cylindrical workpieces, we can make intricate cuts on a wide variety of metals. CNC lathes are very versatile and we’ll use them for a wide variety of industries and we can work with most any metal.
Swiss Machining
Ideal for large production runs of turned parts (under 1.25” diameter) with tight tolerances parts
Need a large quantity of parts machined? Swiss machining services may be the answer. Swiss machining is often ideal for small, complex parts. Examples include: Nuts, bolts, pins, needle valves, rotary valves, fasteners, spacers, and more.
CNC Machining
With CNC machining, or Computer Numerical Control, our computer will convert your design into numbers, using CAD software. These numbers are the coordinates that guide our CNC machines along the X, Y and Z axis as it cuts and shapes your custom machined parts. Our variety of CNC machines, and our decades of machining experience makes us the machine shop of choice for companies across the world.
Main Equipment
Machining center, CNC, Lathe, Turning machine, Milling machine, Drilling machine, Internal and external grinding machine, Cylindrical grinding machine, Tapping drilling machine, Wire cutting machine etc.
Testing Facility
Coordinate measuring machine(CMM), projector, roughness tester, hardness tester, concentricity tester. Height tester.
Applications
We help mechanical engineers create custom machined parts for application in multiple industries, and sectors: aerospace, automotive, defense, electronics, hardware startups, industrial automation, machinery, manufacturing, medical devices, oil & gas and robotics.
